FINN Line FAQ Frequently Asked Questions Ordering and Billing How do I send a purchase order? Send purchase orders through SAGE, ESP Transact, Distributor Central, mail, fax, or email at orders@finn-line.com. Phone orders are not accepted. We need written order confirmation by fax, email, or mail. What do I need to include with my order? Quantity. Standard orders must follow the quantity list. Special pricing may be available for orders below the minimum or above the maximum. Stock number and material, when needed. Clear, clean copy or factory-approved artwork. For repeat orders, your previous PO number and date. Any changes to a standard order, such as copy, color, matched colors, special shapes, numbering, clear coating, lamination, or special packaging. Extra colors on product grids are spot colors unless we agree otherwise. Is there a minimum order charge? The minimum billing on any invoice is $50.00 (x). For proof samples, all art and production charges are billed. Set up charges are not applied if we receive an order with no changes within 10 working days of the proof. What are your payment terms? Regular accounts are net 30 days. New accounts must complete a Distributor Application for review with the first order. Accounts confirmed through our Credit and Market Report get a credit limit. Other accounts must prepay the first order by check or credit card. A 3% non-refundable service fee is added to credit card charges. What is your cancellation policy? Orders canceled for reasons beyond our control are billed for all work completed, including order entry. A minimum charge of $25.00 applies to any canceled order that has been proofed. Can I return an order? Orders may not be returned without permission. We review adjustment requests when you return a sample, not the full order. If we find an order is incorrect, we will replace it at no charge or credit the original order. The full order must be returned to receive a credit. Flags, numbers, and letters returned undamaged have a 20% restocking fee. How do I place a repeat order? Give us the previous order number and the year it was produced. We keep orders on file for three years. How long does production take? Production time starts after we receive your complete order, including art, in catalog quantities, or after you approve a proof. Times vary, so contact us for the most accurate ship date. How is pricing set? All pricing can change with the market at any time. Our online promotional products catalog has the most current pricing. Which calendar year will I receive? Orders received before June 1 for items with stock calendars get the current year calendar, unless you tell us otherwise. Orders received on or after June 1 get the next year calendar, unless you tell us otherwise. Please list the year on your purchase order. Calendars need a special shipping schedule, which you can set up with a Customer Service Representative. Do you offer an early order discount? Early order discount eligibility changes every year.
